It's really pretty simple. Let's say I currently pay $125,000 in income taxes (lots of people actually do pay that much) and I get a cut of $25,000. Do I go out in the backyard and bury the 25K? No, I either put it in the bank - making money available for the bank to loan to people for lots of reasons or invest it - making money available for a corporation to expand and hire people or buy municipal bonds - making it possible for local govts to build infrastructure or spend it on things I want/need. Maybe a new car, maybe a boat, maybe take a vacation, new clothes, go out to dinner more ofter, new furniture, etc, etc. You will note that all of these mean jobs for other people who make more money and pay more taxes. That is why lowering tax rates ALWAYS results in increased revenues for the govt.

I dont drink that much water at all. I always want the sugary drinks like gatorade or soda. But Ive noticed alot of symptoms of dehydration, and i need to drink more water. Whenevr i try to drink water, i end up not liking the taste or craving sugar. How do i stop this, and drink more water?

Water traveling along heating duct work in the third floor of my side split home?

I have a 4 level side split home, the kind with a full basement (4th level) and a partially underground 3rd level that is finished. We have a re-occurring issue with a trickle of water coming into the basement via a heating duct that goes under the floor of the 3rd level and services the rooms on the 3rd level. The duct work comes into the basement via an interior wall, and there is NO OTHER WATER in the basement (it's bone dry). The water comes in when we've had a lot of rain / soil moisture. We removed the duct work, and the water is traveling along the vent from the far end of the house. It looks as if there is no "cap" on the end of the duct, which abuts against the foundation wall. The ductwork has a small layer f sediment in it. Where is the water coming from? The duct is below grade and is likely below the footings of the house. There is not crawl space. I am having two sides of my foundation excavated, re-tiled and water-proofed. It that going to solve the problem? I am frustrated because I pointed out to various people that the water was trickling out via the duct work, and that I felt the water was coming in via a weak point and going down the path of least resistance. Nobody took the duct work of to look before starting this job, and I was told the issue was the result of blockage of the weeping tiles and possibly a crack below the ground. There is no crack, and the tiles, although they have some sediment, are less than 1/4 full. The soil around the house is not even terribly wet (despite all the rain). Mt neighbor has a downspout that goes directly into their drainage below ground (which is not legal anymore) on the side of the house where we seem to have a problem (maybe). Is it possible this is contributing to my woes??? Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I'd rather not rip up the floor of the 3rd level, as it has only recently been finished - and I am going to be selling my house.

How do I change the lock on a house back door that is locked and the key won't work?

I have lost the only key to the back door and now need to replace the lock. It's just a standard door lock - the kind where you insert the key in the door handle and the latch moves out the frame as you twist the key. I took the handle off and all i can see is the hole in the wood where the key goes into the lock. Obviously if I could open the door it would be simple to remove the lock and replace it but I can't. Is there anyway of getting round calling a locksmith to at least initially opening the door (I'm sure I can replace the lock myself). How could I get a knife blade out of my car door's lock?

Yesterday I forgot the keys in the car when I locked it, but that problem is fixed. My friends tried to pick the lock with a little swiss army multi-tool knife and got a blade stuck in it. Being a locksmith allows for some flexibility because you can work solo and make the appointments as you wish. The work isn't too difficult, most of the time you'll be changing the entire lock sets. Math isn't necessary but you do need to be somewhat handy and know the various tools work.

I can't afford locksmith at the moment, is there anyway to wedge the door open; get in from prying the sunroof open or get in somehow from trunk...because i can still open the trunk with my key. I don't care if I have to break stuff or not, it was already involved in a fender bender last month and is not worth really fixing back up. If i had to break something, what would be the cheapest option to get fixed that would do the least amount of serious damage? This past weekend, my best friend and I were hanging out with another mutual friend of ours. Her parents were out of town, so we had the run of her place. For most of the night, things were good. We ate junk food, watched movies, and were basically just having a good time. I am considering building a 'trickle' usb charger for my laptop.?

On dell laptops there is a third wire which ensures a real dell charger is being used. I had my period may 17 and it was very light. I was have been having lots of unprotected sex... And I had a weird feeling that I was preg. I missed my period and it is now the 27 of June. Bleeding gums while brushing?

I haven't been brushing like i should be lately due to a lot of stress and anxiety killing my motivation to do anything. Brushed for maybe the first time in 3 weeks last night (gross i know) and my gums bled slightly from 2 or 3 different spots. In the past while neglecting brushing It has happened but only between the gap of my 2 front upper teeth, this time is was this spot and 2 others. Brushed again before bed, bled again ( a small trickle from front teeth and less in the other spots) Brushed in the morning and there was less bleeding maybe because i was extra careful brushing and did it softly and slow. Brushed after work and less blood still but can still see it if i apply tissue to my gums to check and I can slightly taste it. I know its probably gingivitis due to poor oral hygene as they do not bleed when im not brushing, but still worry about other things seeing as I've had some random bruising in the past month although I haven't had any new ones in a week and currently bruise free. Noticed blood in stool 2 days ago and occasionally a very small amount on toilet paper. but by the way I explained it to a GP he said it wasn't concerning. Thinking about getting blood work done, had CBC 4 weeks ago which all came back in normal levels, but was that too long ago?

We don't live together although we did for a couple years when we first got together. Then I waited a year for him while he served time. All during the time he was in prison he called me his fiance'. What would be the best and cheapest way to break into my own car...I dont think that there is any other option?

I have a 1995 lexus sc300, they are known for having issues with the handle/latch mechanism. Well about 4 days ago my passenger side door quit opening from the outside but will still work from the inside, no big deal i thought, ill fix it soon....well the same exact thing just happened to my driver side door....quite a hidiously timed series of events. Tricks to start a truck without the programmed computer chip key...?

My boyfriend has a 2003 or 2004 Mazda B2300 truck, manual transmission. He lost his one and only key and has given up any hope of finding it. He couldn't have a normal key cut in the past because there is a computer chip in it. He had a locksmith come out that said he could do this but was unable to successfully program the chip. He did cut him a key that works for the doors but not the ignition. Does anyone know if you can push start it with the door key? Otherwise he will have to pay several hundred dollars just to have it towed almost two hours away to the nearest Mazda dealership. If he could at least get it started and drive the truck there it would be a huge help. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I started cutting myself around two years ago, and have been struggling on and off for the last year. 40w3d Feel like I'm under the induction guillotine, any experience?

When I was checked Wed morning I was 3cm and 30-40% effaced. Doesn't mean anything, I know. So then since Thursday night I've been losing my mucus plug, also means nothing as to when labor comes on yadda yadda. My back and lower stomach are so tender and sore, yet I haven't had one real contraction. Since yesterday, I go to the bathroom several times an hour, feeling like I have to go, only to hardly tinkle or nothing at all because her head is pushing against my bladder so heavily. And later in the evening, I was squatting, felt something trickle, then walked to the bathroom to check and didn't even get my pants down before it was pouring out of me. I have a 1995 lexus sc300, they are known for having issues with the handle/latch mechanism. Well about 4 days ago my passenger side door quit opening from the outside but will still work from the inside, no big deal i thought, ill fix it soon....well the same exact thing just happened to my driver side door....quite a hidiously timed series of events. My jaw dropped in horror as i realized what happened....anyways The problem i think is with the actual mechanism that the handle uses to open the latch, not with the lock mechanism so Im pretty sure a locksmith cant do anything for me. Skipping a day on P90X?

Alright I'm doing P90X and today is supposed to be Yoga. However my P90X videos are in my car, and by some unfortunate circumstances that I won't go in to, I managed to lock myself out of my car. Why have I been craving & eating ice more & more?

I just started running everyday, I run for a mile and walk two. This is an hour altogether. I am 19 year old female and weigh 179 but look 140-150. I actually want to go down to 140 but I don't think that will happen by August or September. I am a vegetarian (2 years) and I just stopped eating junk food totally, drinking mostly water, no soda, and I didn't really eat sweets before so that's not a problem since I don't crave it. I can do 43 push ups in a minute and 58 sit ups. I also play zumba on the wii sometimes, and I have been lifting weights since September but it has only gained me muscle, I want to go to a gym again and also take krav maga classes. I don't really eat snacks during the day, as in I dont get hungry. I eat three meals a day and I'm full. I have a small stomach. So if I continue (which I will) this work out which consists of an hour to a half an hour a day, sometimes two would I be able to lose the weight in two months?

Binge eating disorder from long term dieting.. help?

I only binge like that but since I'm anorexic I find it easier to just not eat anything and then exercise. You binge alot bc you don't eat healthy and don't know how to eat normally anymore, and also bc you probably feel that carbs will fill you up but it doesn't until you have consumed so many calories. You probably might be getting enough calories but not the right way. Your not addicted to food you just don't know how to control how you eat anymore. Eating intuitively wirks for most people but not always. You should eat a lot of friuts and vegetables so you get full faster. Also drink pure water. Basically every hour. If you can make it through the first and second day then you can go the whole week.

And at night, just before you fall asleep, you have time to really reflect on your day and think about what happened. Nope. It doesn't work that way. Although, you can ask your locksmith for a bump key or a 999 key. It's basically a blank key for the locks that you have filed down to maximum depths. However, most locksmiths are not comfortable giving out bump keys. This is why most people just choose to make their own bump keys.

I have a standard battery in my 1992 honda CBR. It's about 1 1/2 year old. The bikes have problems cranking. On my trickle charger its charges it to 14.2 volts. After the battery rests for a couple of days it holds at 12.4 volts. When i crank the engine it eventually starts but cranks real slow compared to a new battery...sometimes it clicks and then starts cranking again. If you want your keys to work all of the locks just for convenience , barring a pinning miracle , you are going to have to pull the locks off of the doors. If you are shooting for convenience and one key will fit into all of the locks but not turn , find the key that works the most locks and that's what you'll try to pin everything to. Either pull the rest of the locks off and bring into a locksmith with a key. Or you can look for a rekey special where the locksmiths come to your home for a discounted service call. Either way you are looking at $8-$12 a lock for a locksmith or $5-$10 for a handyman to rekey the locks. As long as one key fits in all of the holes and the locks work propely you won't need new locks. That being said if the knobs are residential grade and older and not a hard to find finish , replacement might not be much more expensive.
