Replace motorcycle battery?

I have a standard battery in my 1992 honda CBR. It's about 1 1/2 year old. The bikes have problems cranking. On my trickle charger its charges it to 14.2 volts. After the battery rests for a couple of days it holds at 12.4 volts. When i crank the engine it eventually starts but cranks real slow compared to a new battery...sometimes it clicks and then starts cranking again. When it starts and is still cold the battery is at 10.7 volts. New battery? Or something else.... The bikes has new oil, filter, k&n filter, V&H exhaust, 520 conversion, new plugs, any other common electrical issues with this bike
