No, there is no master key at the dealer. If you are the original owner, you may be able to get the code for the key from the dealer. I am a locksmith, so that would be my first suggestion. If you have towing insurance your can usually get reimbursed from your insurance company to have a locksmith come open it. Check with your agent or look at your policy. If you decide to try to open it yourself, be careful, there are a lot of things you can damage.
