3cm dilated 100% effaced whats next?

I would say you will have your baby in the next few hours time your contractions if they are every 4-5 mins go to the labour ward. I was in labour for 6 days i went to the hospital the same day i had my son and they said i was 100% effaced and 1 cm dilated then i had my son 7 hours later in the back of an ambulance
