Do we need another stimulus?

If stimulus money worked we wouldn't have to do it so often. It devalues the dollar long term and does nothing to help the economy short term. The government in my state just pushed 400 people out of private sector jobs in an effort to save the 280 government workers from losing theirs. Doesn't sound like job creation to me.
