I TOOK THE PLAN B 3 WKS AGO N 2 WKS AGO HAD UNPROCTECTED SEX.. AND I GOT MY PERIOD BUT IM SPOTTING?

i took the plan b on the 12th of june,,then i had i had unprotected sex on the 17th of june , n he came in me, so now yesterday on june 29, got my period n im spotting, ive been craving lots off food,, i have 3 children already, but this never happen to me before every pregnancy is diffrent, could i be pregnant?? please help..
