AM I GOING TO JAIL FOR STEALING MY OWN THINGS?

Okay I was staying in the bottom of my church because I had no where to go so I put me and my things there. Once I moved out the pastor said I could leave my things but soon he started charging me 12 dollars a day without me knowing and 40 dollars for labor because he decided he wanted to move it to a new spot. I called a locksmith and got all of my things (only mines) and changed the locks. Will I get in trouble for this? And no he doesn't have the new keys.
