Need a vote: If you have no keys to your car which is the cheapest alternative?

I need cheapest not easiest. Locksmith, change ignition, or some other method of regaining access to the car that I have not thought of or am unaware of? Note the keys are not locked inside, they are gone. gone, gone, gone.
