How do i put a 2000 dodge neon into neutral without the keys I also need to have the wheel unlocked?

I lost my keys and now my car is stuck in front of my house I want to put it in the garage. I don't wanna pay for locksmith and I'm not mechanically inclined. Thanks anyone for your help
