Left shoulder blade pain?

Yesterday woke up and had shoulder blade pain kind of trickles down into my hand sometime but I can rub it and feel like the spot where it hurts. I am almost positive I slept wrong since I didn't get to sleep in my bed but I don't think it's a heart attack I am 27 and not over weight and this has been more than 24 hours ago? Any ideas on how to help this or what I should do.
