Lost rental car keys?

I rented a car from Hertz, and lost the keys to the car.. Does anyone know if they charge to have them replaced?? Can I call a locksmith myself and have new ones made, or is that legal?? I know I have to call the roadside assistance, however, I dont know if they will charge me.
