40w3d Feel like I'm under the induction guillotine, any experience?

When I was checked Wed morning I was 3cm and 30-40% effaced. Doesn't mean anything, I know. So then since Thursday night I've been losing my mucus plug, also means nothing as to when labor comes on yadda yadda. My back and lower stomach are so tender and sore, yet I haven't had one real contraction. Since yesterday, I go to the bathroom several times an hour, feeling like I have to go, only to hardly tinkle or nothing at all because her head is pushing against my bladder so heavily. And later in the evening, I was squatting, felt something trickle, then walked to the bathroom to check and didn't even get my pants down before it was pouring out of me. It wasn't my water breaking, since I haven't leaked a drop since. So it means I peed myself without even feeling like I had to pee and I couldn't stop it from happening. I know there's absolutely nothing I can do to help the process, but any ideas on how long this can go on? I have my next appt in 3 days, and I was warned by the midwife (don't get her for the appt, just a nurse) that they will try to schedule me immediately for an induction b/c I will be 41 weeks on Thurs. I thought I had until 42 but apparently that's the absolute cut off for liability, and they don't like cutting it that close. I'm beginning to think that my body can't make a real contraction without pitocin :( So I have 3 days, and I'm starting to feel defeated...
