I produce 10- 16 hot leads a day from cold calling on manta and the yellowpages for SEO. How much should I be?

I work for an SEO company and produce at LEAST 10 hot leads a day! How much could I charge for each of these leads? I also close one deal a day, everyday! I call insurance, real estate, locksmith's, etc....
