How do I secure the front door from expert home-entry pranksters when I'm away?

Need house secure when go run errands or go to work. Pranksters use "bumping" and other methods to circumvent ANY LOCK according to locksmith AND they use what's known as "electronic harassment" to hack into or interfere to disable cameras. Locksmith said there is no lock these expert prankster type people cannot circumvent. I will not get a dog as that is not tenable with my house-cat. Plus, dog breeder said the dog would not work either if violence or drugging food was used by pranksters. Items have been stolen, clothes destroyed, vandalism inside and out on property, etc.. Some others are having these repetitive unusual persistent problems too from research I've done on the internet, yet no one has a solution. These phenom expert pranksters have not made the news much yet to my knowledge because no one is catching them. I was told they run surveillance before and during their mischievousness and that's part of their secret to not getting caught.
