Property Law - any help?

The letting agent has a moral responsibility to pay the invoice. Go to the Citizens Advice Bureau for further guidance but I think they are trying it on. It is clear the situation couldn't have gone on without being dealt with and the letting agent would have been landed with a huge water bill if nothing else. Don't be kowtowed by them.
