My landlord doesn't have the key to one of my front door locks. Do I have to pay if I get locked out?

I am just moving into a place and the front door has 2 locks. The landlord claims to not a have a key to one of the locks. I accidentally locked that door on my way out. Now he's claiming that I am responsible for the locksmith charge.
